Rhonda was extremely helpful by phone. She was highly professional and truly tried to solve an issue that may have been out of her purview. I salute what the local postal service does each day to provide services to our neighborhoods.
Only ever had 1 issue in the past 10 years coming here. It was them not wanting to send something because the zip code didn't match the city because the address was in an island. But as soon as i showed them the zip in google maps they apologized and sent it. I dont know why the low scores ive been coming here for over a decade.
They were nice. Thanks for the lady that helped me there, very polite.
Staff has become suddenly much more courteous and helpful then before. There still remains the 1 nasty worker but the other workers are extremely helpful.
Horrible customer service, there’s a lady over there, she’s wearing a glasses, Has a horrible attitude. Every time I go there I wish she’s not there or not going to service me!!!!!
