Such a warm friendly post office crew... Moncy treated me like family and made my package sending smooth fast and with no problems unlike the one in Mahwah... thank you for taking care of me and my package
Made an appointment for passport services on Thursday for that Saturday. On Saturday at 750a they called and left a voicemail saying that the passport person only works Monday through Friday. They could have called so I could make other plans. Also why does the website allow you to make an appointment if the services are not available?! USPS is useless.
Bills arrives after due date. Sale flyers arrive after expired. Called many times and no one answers phones. They don't even have an answering service. The phone just rings continuously. How on professional.
Leaving a note that your package is available for pickup, they tell you it's not. Fail
They are a scam. Non reliable. And no help at all they lost my package and provided no update or status on if the package is lost or...I called there, it was also no use. Use another mailing service if you have to ship things. especially when it comes to international.
