Nickie is wonderful, I sent a lot of packages and she takes great care of me. I think once you get to know her...she takes care of her customers and does what she can to help unlike most.

I see I’m not the only one who had “ Nasty Nickie” (see comments below)nShe was extremely unprofessional as i too was trying to send a package. And i got the exact same treatment as the man below. She has no business working in customer service. I wish there was a working direct number for the office. The one online is not in service. Her supervisor needs to know how she treats customers. I’ll be going back to Oakley from now on. Her supervisor really needs to know about her ethics

Post office serving an underserved community. Plenty of P.O. boxes, normal hours, and large parking lot. Conveniently located and staff is very friendly. Suffers like most other post offices with aging facilities and little to no funding. Despite this, it’s a relatively nice post office which is convenient for many in the surrounding densely populated area.

Quick, not usually busy, and super friendly. Possibly my favorite post office.
