I receive 2 lbs of junk mail every week which is not even addressed to me and they are not doing anything. They claim I cannot remove my tenants from 10 years ago as a landlord. They mark packages as delivered when in fact not delivered. You can not even have a decent human to human communication. This place serious need of restaffing, training and supervision.

This is the WORST USPS office ever. I recently had to put a hold on my mail for some personal reasons and I opted to go pick it up every week but each week I go in they don’t have my mail I downloaded their daily digest and showed the lady at the front desk that I see that the mail was delivered but she says it was scanned early, I go again a week after and she tells me that I have no mail she’s honestly so inconsiderate and didn’t even want to listen, my bills and some checks I’ve been expecting are all in the mail and I haven’t received any mail for the past month and I don’t know how I can get help with this but it’s definitely frustrating.

This place is AWFUL. The carriers mark items as delivered but don't actually bother to deliver anything or ring the bell. They'll leave a slip but filling it out for redelivery or using the website does NOTHING. I'm waiting for a package from my parents that they paid to have mailed priority and where is it? Who knows! They didn't deliver it, that's for sure. I've never had an issue with a post office before moving here. Absolutely useless and lazy. This branch should be shut down.

CRIMINAL EMPLOYEES! Leaves package in snow outside mail box, if it doesn't fit. Despite them driving pass our office door, they don't care to get out of the truck. My box could have been easily grabbed by drivers on highway. Other times, tracking shows delivery attempt failed, when my video camera does not show anyone even approaching the door. Next day it magically gets delivered. Constantly gets other people's important mail, while our mail is delivered at other businesses. Complaining does not bring any results. I personally complaint to Supervisor, the very next week pile of our mail was delivered at some random business. They do not care to even read the address. Not even on the same street. There has to be criminal investigation by Post mast general in Washington D.C. of Mail carriers from this area, and their supervisors who have failing to supervise despite repeated complaints from residents. Pigeons in Afghanistan could do a better job than these mail carriers. It is federal crime to misplace mail intentionally due to laziness of lack of reading skills.
