Wished I could score zeroor post pictures... I had correct address...ordered very expensive package coming from California got here say watched said get packagebefore 11... Then time changed to1:45 then never showed said by 5:45 then looked was back in California on Sunday already.... I know the address was correct....i watched it tracking... Not happy
If it's my normal mail carrier, everything is fine, if it's not, I've got a 50/50 change of my mail going to my neighbors, and theirs to me. Get on your staff about looking at the addresses and the addresses on the mail to make sure they've got the right house. Might help if earbuds were banned while out for deliveries.
Rude staff. Not helpful at all. Just try to be more polite in the future. It goes a long way.
Every time I go there on a weekly basis, each member of the staff is cordial and helpful. I rarely have a more than a 5 minute wait besides.nTop-shelf service.
Wonderful people and great service! Two people were figuring out how to help me with sending high value item to Russia and did their best to make sure that it’s secure and inexpensive. I’m so happy I stopped by here
