This place was ok,but then they didn’t answer my question about my Package 5 times I had missing items and today another package coming Missing again omj

First time here.. wasn't sure were to park... Line was unusually short for a post office...Fast friendly service!

New to the area. Mail is always delayed. I get mail that ain't mine usually 80% of the time. Claim to update what they have but ive gone by missing a few stuff I was suppose to receive but never did

I live in Ohio and they lost a package I had sent to a friend in town. I am a month in trying to locate it/ get reimbursed for it. I feel like I am getting the run around by them and it is on them since there was no delivery scan made at the time of delivery. The friend has said he hasn't received the package. I am filing a claim with the post office to recover the cost of the book and delivery. Not impressed with them. But John was nice and seemed genuinely helpful.

I've had good experiences at this post office for the last 13 years.n14 years ago I was infuriated with them when I tried fix a mistake I made about a change of address; they were unhelpful when I was trying to correct the issue and it took a long time to fix.nSince then, I have felt the employees are pleasent and they try to work as quickly as possible.nAs far as mail delivery, sometimes my neighbor gets a letter or two and returns it to me and vice versa. That only happens about three times a year and is not too annoying. I just assume it's an accidental mistake of the mail carrier. I'm sure it could happen to the best of us.
