I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. In-store can be slow sometimes, yes. But do people realize how much volume these folks are dealing with?nTake a breath and be respectful of the job they do. It's amazing how much better your experience will be, going in with a little patience and a smile.nSide note, our driver is very nice and she's come through in blizzard conditions.

My package was left sitting at their office for a week with no update or reason as to why I didn't receive my package earlier

Every visit is like practice for having a teenager. The attitude is unreal.

Seems like every other week we get our neighbors mail in our box and none of ours. We have had people ask if we got a letter or package that they sent leading us to believe we are not getting our mail at times.

I use this office to ship ebay stuff from time to time. Also have a PO box here. I can't complain really! Staff has always been accommodating, pleasant to deal with. No missed deliveries so far!nnUnderstand this is a rural location. There won't be as many Clerks as in cities for example. On the other hand I routinely see them deliver through winter storms and what not, when urban people stay indoors.
