This is the most useless post office. The staff are polite enough but actually getting my mail delivered is sort of the point of a post office.

Clerks were very friendly and helpful. I was in and out in only a few minutes. Shipping rates were also affordable and competitive with FedEx and UPS.

This post office did not mail my disabled sonsnRedetirmanation letter..so we did not make the appointment and now we got reduced 783 dollars a month.. I called the human services of Benton countynAnd they told me that the sauk rapids post office has the most issues on returned mail for those on disabilit..nn.

The people at the counter are nice. The actual mail delivery persons are completely useless! I receive shipments several times a week and they're always delayed or get lost completely! I never have issues with the other delivery companies. Everything was fine until the last year or so when things plummeted downhill drastically! It's unfortunate but the only reason these people keep their jobs is because they work for the government. Any actual business that wants to succeed would have canned them long ago!

My package said it was delivered but I never got it. Every time I try to call and talk to someone the system says a hold time of an hour. I have stayed on hold a couple times for well over an hour and, still, no one picks up.
