THE BEST POST OFFICE. THE SERVICE IS GREAT. I DRIVE AN EXTRA TWO MILES FOR MY MAILING NEEDS. THANK ALL OF YOU WHO WORK THERE FOR MAKING IT ONE OF THE BEST POSTAL OFFICES AROUND!
Ellen does not know how to do her job and was more invested in a political conversation with an old coworker. She then continued to complain about any and everything including the mask mandate and when an older woman stood inches from and and I kept moving she was to busy ranting about nonsense to help and I had to explain to this lady she needed to step back while I was at the counter. Last time I came in I had an nice experience but it wasn’t with Ellen she needs to be removed. She is completely unprofessional and the reason why people take so long in and out. She doesn’t just do her job she complains and talks politics. I’ll just go out of my way to stay away from this location if she stays here
I’ve never had to contact the post office so much. Especially in the last week or so since my usually mail man is on vacation. Whoever is doing my route is so incompetent and should not be put on a route with apartments. He has put our mail in the wrong mail box almost everyday and it’s ridiculous. Whoever does the route for the green tree apartments needs to be re- evaluated because they are not doing their job the way they are suppose to and this is an almost daily occurrence.
Rude did not want to fill out change of address form for a handicap person
Friendly staff and usually not super busy.
