The staff is courteous, and helpful! The carriers are polite also. This staff goes above & beyond when assisting customers. Too many people are in a rush, & impatient. After the clerks have waited on you they just about know why you’re there! You can’t say that about all customer service staff! Thank You!
I have never had so many problems getting mail and packages. This has to be one of the most incompetent post offices in the country. Mail not delivered for days. I always receive other people's mail and packages marked delivered but never received. The staff, including the master are rude and not helpful. And this was going on before the virus.
Kind of annoyed that ive been calling multiple times a day for 6 days and not one time has anyone answered the phone....
Nothing but horrible experiences all around. From the staff Inside the building, the supervisor, and mail carriers. Go a week at times without receiving mail or packages. But then will say my street was obstructed because they’re to lazy, when I was on the porch all day waiting for my mail and clearly seen my street was never obstructed once let alone for 7 plus days in a row. Try to go to the office to confront them about things and even just try to get my mail on my own since they can’t seem to handle it and get nothing but sour attitudes acting like I don’t know what I’m talking about. Super unprofessional.
My mail gets delivered all over the neighborhood even blocks away. Now says no access to my front door how is that there's nothing stopping them from going to mailbox
