Terrible service including from supervisor Carol. We all know there is some back log due to cover 19, when I tried to give and ask for more details the supervisor simply said 'I'm not going to go back and forth' and turned to walk away. My tracking info shows my package has been at the distribution center for a week and a half, yet no one is making effort for me to get it. I offered to go pick it up there and was told thats not possible.nTheir own website says packages are delayed by only 1 or 2 days.
The laziest postal workers of them all. I cannot rely on USPS anymore because they rarely deliver my mail. If we are just getting advertisements, our postal worker will just skip our house.nnTheir shipping isn’t even worth doing. You can go through UPS or FedEx and have a lot more reliability. I am still waiting on a package I ordered 2 weeks ago and they won’t update the tracking on it. Also, I paid for 2-3 day shipping and I’m still waiting on that package when I ordered it a week and a half ago

Joseph the USPS Postal Master is Extremely Helpful. We run a small business from home and he came out to introduce himself and see if we can fix some of the issue we where having with pick ups. After years of issues, Joseph has really put in the efforts with us to make it all so much easier. I can say without him I would have transitioned over to UPS as our main carrier, but now him and his team have really came through! We have minimal issues and our customers are happy, so we are happy!
