They are not delivering mail thats has informed delivery! I have a locked mail box so I know it is them. They are mixing up apartments when its only one mail box that hold a dozen. This is not jjust pandemic, they are stealing.
I read the reviews and I'm really surprised. I've used this post office for over 31 years and have always received courteous service. Sometimes busy, but that depends on the time of day and the day of the month. My postal delivery service workers have been friendly and accommodating.
They must only hire the most incompetent people, because most packages I've ordered seem to be too challenging for their workers to figure out how to deliver and I almost always have to spend days tracking down packages they claim they delivered. Operating with no standards or accountability is why companies like Amazon are going to replace this joke of an institution.
Received alert on my phone that delivery was attempted while I was at home. Could not access location. They have a key to access the building to deliver the mail to my apartment building. Why falsify tracking results? No package!
