If I could give no stars I would. I was told by the usps customer service hotline that my package was held at this office while I was on vacation. I got there and the woman behind the counter first didn't say hello, she just stared at me until I spoke. Secondly she wasn't wearing any uniform to indicate she actually worked there (sweatshirt and jeans with no badge). Thirdly, she said the office didn't have my package and said she couldn't call any other post offices around the area. She was very rude and unprofessional and I definitely will not be coming back here for my postal needs. Also their hours of operation are inconvenient times and very limited.
The woman working there was incredibly rude. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked a simple question and continued to be passive aggressive toward me during our entire interaction. I noticed her being unpleasant with the other customers as well.
I love this post office! All of the workers are friendly and seem to know you by name. Short wait times and excellent service.
I have been going to the marne post office for my business for over 25 years. All the postmaster that been there always gave good service. .
If the package does not fit in the mailbox, it typically does not get delivered. We live on a private drive, and the delivery person is too lazy to driveup to our home.nWe get our Fedex and Ups packages on time, but not the Usps.
