They never answer the phone. I was calling to complain that a postal carrier came to my door to discuss an issue with my mail. I opened my door and the carrier did not have on a mask. Please advise your carriers to wear masks to protect themselves and their customers.
I had a package that said it was delivered on 1/30/21 I was out of town but it says it was delivered to a locker.. So when I got back in town I checked my box and I had no key for the locker.. so I put a claim in online and I received a call back 2 days later from the manager and she said I apologize I will have the carrier bring a key so you can get your package out the locker. Well here we are it’s 2/16/21 and I still haven’t received a key and when you call the office nobody ever answer the phone it just rings tell you to hold then tell you they are not available and to call the 800 number which is a total joke because it’s automated and no help at all.. I been calling for over a week and no answer.. no response to my new claim this office is horrible and need to be closed if I could give -0 stars I would.. all I know is usps better find my package or give me a refund for the amount of my merchandise.
Tom is the only one who does actually work the rest of the emplyees are slow,, rude,, and act like they are doing you a favor. With the exception of Tom, the front line workers seem to work hardest at trying not to do anything. Thank you Tom for all of your hard work and always being so pleasant and patient.
We have called for days and hours at a time and they will not pick up their phone. I called Novi, Walled lake and Waterford and they all picked. Can some one please call us as we have not received our mail in over 3 weeks. Thank you.
They don't even deserve 1 star. They suck. How hard is it to pick up the phone...
