Postal carrier delivered the wrong mail to my residents. Not paying attention to his deliveries. All neighbors has to deliver the mail to the correct addresses. Terrible mail service by this carrier on 3/23/21 All the people who gave 5 stars work there.
This is one of the worst post office ever! Don't take your mail inside and leave it with them. It may never arrive to it's destination. Instead, drop off your mail at the mailbox in front of that post office. You have a better chance of that mail arriving to it's destination on time.
If you're in a rush don't even think about leaving out in time.
Terrible customer service!! Office manager is very rude & so is all the other workers under her. They close unresolved cases at will. Just throw the whole staff in a customer service / resolutions training class!!
Employees seem like they don't want to help customers . Especially Mr Bruce rude af! And acts like he doesn't like his job. If you don't like and know how to show good customer service then leave.
