There are no words that aren't four letters long that I can express and get away with it regarding the pseudo-supervisor sitting at the desk. Nothing improves no matter how much time passes. You can live a mile down the street from the Post Office and still they won't deliver large parcels, any parcels, ever.nCustomer service at an underground level.
I'm not sure why this PO gets such bad reviews but my experience here was a great one. Crystal was very helpful and polite and while Darren may come across short, but he's just making sure he gets what you need done as they are stretched thin for good staff at this location. Maybe most of the other reviews are geared more towards the actual carriers on routes?
Not too busy. Easy layout.
Every single time I try to get something shipped to me through USPS it's always returned to sender then when you try to figure out what is going on and call you never get an answer. I've been getting shipments at my house for the last ten years from other carriers just fine, but not USPS. This time they really screwed me
First off going to start off my saying I have informed delivery that they say you should get. Which leads me into my next point, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! I am now on my 5th package that has not been delivered and have had to walk around my neighborhood to track my packages and MAIL ENVELOPES down. I called and spoke to a lady who claimed she was the post master and I told her of my issues and she stated she was going to talk to the carrier about it and get back with me..I’m going on a week of dead silence. Not only is it frustrating that I get an email every day of the mail I can expect and then it doesn’t but it’s even more frustrating when the customer service that is supposed to help fix the problem doesn’t. They need to GET IT TOGETHER- this is RIDICULOUS!
