I LOVE the Richmond staff, all of them! Very helpful. I had 250 calendars rejected at the Augusta post office for stamps so, I drove to my town of Richmond and received far better customer service. This has been the third time that Augusta has refused our calendars!nRichmond is great :)

Always late packages mine going on 3 days late if you need help running the post office call me you know my address you guys are terrible getting mail out it’s outrageous it’s 2020 not 1902 get with it and please for the love of Jesus send my package out thanks ud83dude4fud83cudffb

I am a disabled Purple Heart Veteran who lives in town. I came into the post office before 3:30 to mail an international package. I waited in line got to checkout at 3:33 and the lady at the desk said she couldn't send the package out after 330 as it would take too long. Went to Topsham post office which has better hours and mailed out my package just fine. They told me that the way I was treated in Richmond wasnt right. I agree. Get it together!

Wouldn’t serve me when they were technically still open because it was too close to closing time apparently.
