The issue is not with the employees at the location, it is with the carriers that come from this location. As a commercial business, one would think that the carrier would come in daily to check an see if there is out going mail. This is not the case. The only time I see most carriers is when I have incoming mail. I can go multiple days without seeing someone to take my outgoing mail. This was a problem before COVID and is still an issue to this day.
A worker was wearing no mask at the counter. All the other workers had on masks. And also all the customers had on masks. Her mask was no where to be seen. Wish I looked at her name tag to publicize it on here. She had a natural brown hair color, hair was shoulder length or a bit past, curled with a curling iron, full face of makeup but her blush was prominent. Looked to be in her 50's but I could be way off on the age. Stay safe in there everyone.
My carrier found it acceptable to bundle my mail & drop it in my driveway with a note. Not near the mailbox, not near a door, IN the driveway! I filed a complaint. Apparently, you should NEVER file a complaint!!! I've spoken to the call center & 3 supervisors. The original complaint was filed almost a month ago. I have NEVER received a mail delivery since. I've been told no one knows why. I've been to the post office a few times now to collect my mail & am assured there's no hold & my mail should resume the following day. It does not. I've even had a Scott assure me he'll handle things & asked that I stop filing comparing & speak directly to him. Here's the thing.... he doesn't reply to his messages. I am in direct sales. I ship allot. Moving forward, I'll pay the extra money to go to another carrier! No wonder the post office is broke! Horrible service!
Very helpful staff. The worker walked out from behind the counter to show me where they keep passport application. And explained the process briefly, and offered to have the document reviewed after I complete it for anything is missing. I call this good customer service.
Very big. Clean inside and outside. Plenty of parking. Inside they have mailing and packaging products for sell .employees were nice.
