I believe people should be acknowledged for doing a GREAT job! Mathew has gone above and beyond since day 1 and deserves to be recognized. It's more than just customer service skills. Never thought I would write a review about the post office, but this is THE best post office in the world. Mathew is a natural at excellent customer service. Honestly think about hiring him for our company! Super friendly and helpful and mostly sincere. You can't train people to be like this. Either you have it or you don't. As a result I go out of my way to go here when I do need to use the post office.
Matthew is very helpful and makes sure you understand when package will arrive. He goes out of his way to please customers. This isn't our post office but we come here because of service we receive.
Always a positive experience at the Gilberts post office. The gentleman that works there is very friendly and helpful. We always go there because of him.
