Either I go on really bad days or some of the clerks are just plain rude. I always try to avoid coming here.
MY DELIVERY OF A BOX WAS LEFT ON MY FRONT GARAGE DOOR..WHERE I CAN'T SEE IT...AND THE MAIL WAS ALSO LEFT THERE AS WELL...WITHOUT A RUBBER BAND, SO IT'S WINDY OUT AND SOME OF MY MAIL COULD HAVE BEEN BLOWN AWAY.......I TRIED CALLING TO ADDRESS THIS CARELESSNESS ON THE PART OF THE MAIL PERSON...BUT THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE....YOU GET A BUNCH OF RECORDINGS ABOUT BALONEY AND NEVER GET A REAL LIVE PERSON....DON'T BOTHER CALLING ..THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR MAIL..THEY JUST WORK THERE...........
Every single time that I’ve gone here they are by far the MOST pleasant and MOST efficient clerks in our county! I live in a different town and close to a different PO but will travel to the Carpentersville PO because they are fast and efficient!
The mail is never on time, but that is any post office to be honest.
I really wonder what’s going on with the mail delivery lately. I’ve seen mail trucks a couple blocks over delivering around 12-1, but my street doesn’t get our mail til 5 or later. It’s been getting later and later. I’ve also seen a Hispanic mail guy deliver to a few houses get back in his truck move down deliver to a few houses and get back in and repeat this the whole block. It seems to take forever to do one block. Seriously what the heck is going on?!
