My recent experience was great! The young lady behind the counter was suuuuper nice and super patient with the previous customer who didn't know how to use the card machine. She helped me quickly with what I needed and I came prepared. So fast and efficient! Thanks girl!

It’s a post office. The workers do their best! Some better organization and maybe more workers. But I blame the federal government for that.

This post office throws your mail on floor in hallway and always putting your mail in someone else box. So time mail comes 3 months later. Don’t try to complain to postmaster because the complaint reroutes back to the post office where they lie and cover for each other. This location should be permanently closedud83dudc4eud83cudffe

I cant even tell you how many times there have been days my mail hasn't been delivered. I was waiting on a replacement credit card for a compromised one and they never delivered any of the mail that day, which included 7 packages in total. I work from home, so its not like I wasn't home to get the packages. They won't even deliver them and are now requesting i pick them up! Since I monitor online classes all over the country, I do a working lunch at my desk and by the time I'm off work they are closed!! Get it together!!

Slow is right. I have had some very good (knowledgeable) service when I finally get to the counter, but it is not uncommon to have one postal worker in a client facing capacity with the two other windows closed for business and a line out the door. There seems to be a complete lack of urgency on the part staff. Additionally, I have had numerous issues where a delivery was marked delivered but was not. This was not my regular carrier, but the drivers who do last mile for Amazon and such. All in all, it is terrible and inconsistent service which the USPS should have a better grasp on.
