I have had a package sitting there for over 6 days now, thought it was the company's fault not updating its shipping. But after reading other reviews I believe its the post offices fault as many others have stated they have had packages just sitting there not moving. Figure it out! EDIT:It finally left after 7 days sitting at the post office. There is no reason a package needs to sit there after it's already been labeled ready for shipping the day it arrives. Make me very anxious when it was a gift for valentines day.
I’ve tried calling just now and it rang for 2:33 minutes and then again and it rang for 1:30 minutes and then it went to the fast busy signal.nWhenever I’ve gone in there the service was always good.
Don’t waist your time calling they never answer. Better off just driving down there.
Apparently everyone who works here is brain dead, I’ve been waiting THREE WEEKS FOR A PACKAGE TO MOVE 50 MILES!!! This is an absolute joke of a business, tried giving customer service a call and all you get is a run around. I’d probably be better if driving to this facility and grabbing the package myself!
I’ve been waiting on my package here for over a week now and it hasn’t moved. Please hurry this up. Edit: It’s been two weeks and it still hasn’t moved.Edit: Editing AGAIN. So I’m raising one star because it finally arrived after 16 days. anyway hopefully my package doesn’t come through here again.
