Lady was extremely rude to me, but was very nice to customers of her race. I was the only Hispanic there and she was not courteous when it was my turn in line as opposed to the other 2 clients ahead of me who were African American. I reported my experience to the 800# and hopefully this issue never happens again!!
Dropped off a package here with an estimated 3 day delivery. After 4 days with no update, I called and found out the package never left the post office.
I mean, as long as it delivers mail.
I have 3 weeks without receiving the mail at my house, I went to the office to find out what was happening but the people of usps do not care about anything and they do not help people zero tolerance with the client.
It was OK.
