The staff at this post office is amazing. Although there is sometimes a wait (probably busy because they are so good at what they do!) the staff always makes sure they take care of you! I feel lucky to live close to this post office. We are thinking about moving and one of the things that bothers me most is that we won't be as close to this post office anymore.
Not happy with services at all. Booked appointment for my baby for passport. I picked up the location because this location takes pictures. When I reached at the location I was told they can’t take pictures of infants, but USPS website never never stated that this location doesn’t take picture of infants. I was sent to Walgreens and returned back to location 2 minutes before their closing time for passport and they refused to take application because we missed the window. Very insensitive employee they don’t care and respect other people time. Worse experience. Will never come to this location again.
This is the best post office and I even drive out of my way a little bit just to come here. They're open JUST long enough after work hours (open until 6pm on weekdays!) so i can get my small etsy business orders out after my full time job. They always scan my packages without hesitation and with a smile, too! I'll never go to another post office again (and i've tried many over the years: Willow Springs, Bolingbrook, Westmont, Willowbrook, Oak Brook...) The workers are friendly, efficient, and never close a minute earlier than closing time. Thank you!
I have been going to the post office for decades and the people working there have been nothing but the finest. They are personable, professional, extremely capable and a pleasure to work with at each and every visit. Great job!
