United States Postal Service

Had a package delivered to the wrong address last Sunday. They show it delivered. I have tried calling this post office for 2 days now 7-8 times a day and it rings for 3 min. 15 seconds and goes to the circuit busy busy signal. They won't answer the phone! Incredible!! ZERO STARS!

I give this post office ZERO stars!! 3 x's in the last month they delivered my package to my neighbors house who lives around the block! They text me saying my package was delivered to my address and when I called, of course the phone just rang. I had a package that I never received in May and they apologized because they couldn't find it. Harvey PO said it went to Glenwood, Glenwood said it's in Homewood and Homewood showed it was in....Glenwood. Glenwood PO sucks!

This is the WORST WORST WORST postoffice in the United States. They NEVER EVER answer their phone, EVER. I have a package was supposed to be delivered on 11/19. It came to them twice and twice they sent it back out, first to Bedford, then when Bedford sent it back to them they sent it to Wilmington, IL. Wilmington answers their phone, but then it took SEVEN DAYS for the package to get from there back to Chicago. Chicago will now probably send it back to Glenwood, which will do God knows what this time. I'm completely fed up. I guess they really are sabotaging the post office.

These people never delivered my package, they just kept updating the page lying saying they attempted delivery but the mailbox was full or the driveway was blocked. However, I ordered a bed frame so it couldn’t fit in the mailbox AND I have a circular driveway so it wasn’t blocked. I called four times and no one ever took my phone call. Sad poor service!
