I had to ship 4 large and heavy packages internationally from this post office. Shipping international packages is a time-taking process (entering details of items one by one, preparing packaging labels etc.). Robin made every effort to make this experience not only efficient, but also extremely pleasant. She had a very cheerful and friendly demeanour throughout the whole process that lasted almost 30 minutes. Both Robin and Trina went way beyond their call of duty to ensure that the heavy packages were safely loaded, weighed, and accurately labeled. I would highly recommend this post office to anyone who may have apprehensions about the quality of service at USPS. You'll get superb service at this location.

This post office is awesome, probably the best post office I’ve ever been too. And certainly the best USPS location in Champaign. The ladies that work here are very nice and helpful! They’re wonderful people.

This is the nicest USPS I've ever been to. The employees are super kind and helpful and the lines are never long.

If there’s 10 stars rating, I’ll give this place 10 stars, no doubt! Robin was super friendly and so professional at what she does. She and her co-worker welcomed me with a big smile (under the mask, of course, but you can immediately feel the welcoming vibe from these two ladies the moment you walk in). I had a lot of packages that needed to be sent out (50 packages, to be exact), and I didn’t know that I can actually print out the label at home before dropping them off; I felt very very bad asking Robin to enter ALL of my packages, but she eased my anxiety with a bright smile and said “that’s why we are here for anyway.” (I had very bad experience at another location when I tried to send out packages during Christmas time, so I was a little bit hesitant and scared this time, but Robin proved me wrong). She cracked a little joke here and there while entering the info and processing my packages to help me relieve anxiety and to kill time, and I GREATLY appreciate her thoughtfulness and kindness. I also noticed how they have been having very good bonding with their regular customers as if they are close friends, and I really love to see that kind of connection at this local post office. This will be my most favorite post office in town. Thank you, Robin, for your kindness, warm heart, and friendliness, I had such a great and pleasant experience this time.
