My neighbors and I are receiving our mail so late, when we get up the next morning the mail is in the mail box. This is unacceptable, we live in a neighborhood that is not too desirable. Our mail is in the mail box overnight and anyone can walk up and collect our mail. This has been going on for a week. 33rd ave north, 33rd Place North, 33rd Street N, Shuttleworth Dr 35207. These are just some of the streets that are complaining. Please don’t let us have to come to to post office to protest!!

My package was scheduled for pickup on July 17. I went to the P.O. twice to pickup, both times the clerks claimed the information for pickup was in their system, but they had no idea where the actual package was. At this point I’m so frustrated with this particular P.O.!! I’m ready to move from my home to get better postal services. They’re ridiculous, I have been missing packages for years now. I really needed those items.

I have had two packages in the past 5 months come up missing. The post office says that the address was wrong. I know for a fact it was not. They refuse to reimburse me. Not a happy customer.

1.They steal your packages(thief). 2.They will lay your checks on the porch instead of putting it in the mailbox (Lazy). 3.You can’t get in touch with a real live person to voice your concerns to(just sorry). 4.They deliver mail all types of night( very unprofessional). 5.The lady that works the counter with the short hair is very rude and unprofessional(hire better qualified people). 6.They damage your property(careless). 7.They forge signatures stating you’ve received your packages when in fact you have not(illegal). 8.I could go on and on but you catch my drift(FACTS).

I sent a $ 100 gift card and it never arrived and the only one who knew how to activate it was the one who attended me because I bought it right there the employees here are thieves I went to make my claim and they couldn't tell me what happened
