Ever since this post office took over Vestavia Hills I get my mail every 3 to 4 days. I’ve had a package sitting at the Homewood location for over five days now, they keep saying next business day, next business day. They originally claimed that my mailbox and my home was blocked. My mailbox in my home are 65 feet away from each other, and there’s a five car parking space in front of my home. There is no way it is blocked. Terrible

I went to this location to get two money orders to pay bills. The total of the money orders was $933.57. She was struggling trying to find the money orders then ran the transaction for both money orders and turned the money order machine off which ended up throwing the transaction off. Now I have to wait to hear from the support team dealing with my money which means I’m gonna be late paying my mortgage and car payment. Worse experience ever!

I wish I had gotten the name of the lady that helped me because she was wonderful! She was an African American lady with glasses, and she was so professional and polite. Couldn't have asked for better customer service.

They always mark packages as delivered and they show up 2 months later...

Alicia showed me how to pack my box, taped it up for me, and generally was super helpful and sweet. Hands down the best experience I've ever had at a post office. What started as a chore became a joy.
