I have been stopping here for just a few weeks now. I stop at least 2 to 3 days per week and it’s always the same people working. There is one lady with curly hair that I have witness to be rude to multiple people. Today I experienced it myself. The things she is rude about is unnecessary not to mention that she is very slow with her duties. I think I’m just gonna make a longer drive to go to the other post office in Irondale. They are so much nicer there and do not make me feel like a burden when I have to use their services.

Teresa was rude as hell. I sent my package Dec 2nd with priority mail and it was last updated Dec 6th saying “in transit” with no location. It was a Christmas package as well. Furious!

Completely a waste of space. If i didn't think that it would be a complete waste of time. I'd call what ever complaint number there was. Honestly I'd just get someone D.A. that could careless about anything.

Completely useless staff! Since when shipping a small package is so dang complicated?! They don't even try to help. I sell online and ship packages all the time, so I know the drill. Needless to say, I couldn't ship my package. Recently moved near this office and tried it for the first time. Not going back!!

Very, very slow.
