Downtown Carrier Facility

I tried calling them after I missed a call and no one answered. Mind you I called like 10 times and every time goes to a disconnect. The person who originally called and left a voicemail was nice but I couldn’t get anyone back when I tried calling!

I've sent a package from Dothan, AL to California and it arrived in 2 days with regular priority mail. I sent a package the same way to Millington, TN from here and it took 13 days to arrive and its only 7 hours away smh. It seems the package is always on time until it arrives to this facility then it just sits there for days and days.

It is December 4th 2020, and this facility has had packages sitting in trucks unsorted for over a week. I have packages that traveled in less time all the way across the country only to end up here sitting in what a local USPS worker called more than 80 trucks. Several of mine arrived on November 29th and they have not budged at all and I was told because this sorting facility is currently apparently having some sort of issue with workers they aren't even opening the trucks. They leave time sensitive packages, medical needs, etc, all important sitting in tractor trailers for weeks with no sorting and absolutely no communication. This place should be shut down and every one of them fired. UPS is still delivering fine, and they have sorting facilities too, so no excuse at all.

So my package arrived at this distribution center 09/21/2020 at 7:39pm. It is 09/22/2020 and they are telling me it’s going to arrive late. My package literally sat there all day for nothing. I paid extra money for fast shipping and they just don’t care. All of my packages that come through this location are always 2-4 days late even when I pay for faster shipping. Ooh and don’t let them lose your package, they will act like it’s your fault. This place is the worst!

Wouldn't even give them a star. Cannot for the life of themselves do their job properly. Fourth lost package. If I could find a way to avoid them, I would like the plague!
