Conner White makes this place! He is always so helpful when I have a question or need customer service. I try to deal with him as much as possible, but I have nothing negative to say about anyone else that works at this location.
I love all of the ladies who work here, they go above and beyond to help me get my packages. Connor is a wonderful post master and is helpful anytime I have had an issue.
worst office I've ever seen. they need to clean house up there. slow, rude, generally lazy. used to be open half day Saturday. note closed all weekend. carriers Mark package as delivered or attempted, but never even show at your address. lots of problems up here. if I could rate zero stars, I would. go up the road to canton, you'll be glad you did.
Update...I gave a bad review last week and finally got the package issue resolved. I spoke to the post master today and he was very helpful and explained the situation. I would definitely recommend talking to him if you have an issue!
I would give them a negative 1,000 if I could. My alert showed my package was delivered at my mail box I was walking to my box when the substitute carrier stopped at my box, she put one small package in it and drove off, didn't leave the other package or my first class mail. Called the PO after about 20 rings they finally answered the phone with an attitude, explained what happened gave them the tracking number was told my package was delivered to the wrong address (this happens way to often) I asked what they were going to do and was told they would deliver it when they get it back from the wrong people or I could go get it my self. B.S. told the guy not my job that it was there job to fix it, apparently he didn't like that and hung up.
