I am very disappointed in the service. I pay to have my packages delivered. I'm a disabled vet I dont drive anymore and I have to find rides and pay extra money out of my pocket because the mail carriers are just to lazy to deliver my packages..
Very disappointing service. To lazy to pick up packages So didn’t leave my mail.
I called the post office to see if a lost package had arrived at the office. The post master was very little help. I asked to speak to the supervisor. And the woman told me no. Very unprofessional. Normally i do not leave reviews. But this woman made my experience horrible. And i felt it was appropriate . She wanted me to do it myself. When i clearly told her i do not know how the USPS website works. Ill be making a complaint if possible through the toll free postal number.
I'm tired of the post office loosing my bills I mail. So far 4 pieces of mail lost. Just recently I mailed my tax return, went inside, talked to an employee had to add another 15 cents to mail and that was March 30. So far have not received my refund from irs. So I assume they lost this too. Hate using the mail service, not reliable.
Best staff known to man. Personal, helpful, small-town service on every interaction and transaction.
