Very nice helpful people work there parking lot is very small hard to pull out of and hardly no parking spaces
my package has been sitting in walton ky for 10 days. this is unacceptable.ncan’t even talk to a real person. Waste of time, ups will be getting my shipping from now on.
Have always been super nice to me, quick and to the point.
I received a pkg from Kohls today. FedEx to US Post office. The pkg was crammed into my mailbox, tearing the heavy plastic bag and crushing the shoebox. I don't understand why this was done. My husband had to pull very hard to get the pkg out. I have directions to leave pkgs at post office vs sitting by them on the ground at my mailbox. So instead of taking the pkg back to po and leaving a card, the carrier resorted to mutilation of my pkg. Pluses: sandals are in good condition; this was not a gift; it arrived as FedEx on expected date. I've completed FedEx surveys in the past saying their partnering with po isnt a goodnexperience for me.
