I realize that the snow storm might have set us back a little bit however with that being said for the last two weeks we have received very little of our mailnor just little bits and piecesnMy mother sent something for her first great grandchild that was supposed to be here yesterday or today at the latest still haven’t received itnThere are days that we don’t any mail there are days when we get other peoples mail and they get ours there are programs that we are a part of where we are getting certain articles of meal at the same time every month we have not received those eithernso I’m just curious to know when the Keller post office might get back on track so that the customers in the 76248 area will get their mail in a timely manner if there were zero stars that’s exactly what I would have rated you because over the last year and a half I don’t know what’s going on in there but in the last year and half You’ve gone from the post office that I had peace of mind that you would take care of our meal and get it to us in a timely manner to one of the worst carriers I have ever dealt with in my life and trust me when I tell you I have lived all over the United States and I can say without a doubt you guys are the absolute worstnSigned a very upset customern(Not that it will matter to you)
Consistently we get the wrong mail from our post office in Keller on Vine St. ...in our neighborhood there are several blocks with the same three digit street number but different street names...we get mail that belong to others regularly. The employees obviously do not pay attention to full address on both (digits and street names.) Horrible!
I would give them a NEGATIVE star if I could. Terrible service ALL THE TIME. They NEVER answer the phone and do not care about their customers. Extremely poor management, service, and an unfriendly attitude. It's a shame they don't provide even good service. Not all phone calls are complaints, but they won't ever answer the phone. They do NOT go above and beyond like that ridiculous holiday TV commercial advertised. What a joke! Everything in that commercial is the complete opposite. The USPS has had an attitude and service problem for years. It is no wonder businesses choose UPS or FedEX!
This has got to be the absolute WORST POST OFFICE! I never get my packages, but today it was medication that I need, it says delivered in mailbox and NOTHING is there! I’ve been calling no answer. I really think the postal driver can’t read or just throw packages in any mailbox. This is absolutely ridiculous and by the reviews I’m not the only one with a complaint. Who do we have to escalate these issues to! This is not acceptable!!!!
0 stars! We mail $10,000 worth the post cards every year for advertising which is a big percentage that keeps these people employed, been doing this for years everything is labeled and ready and they had my wife sort it out (never in 10 years had to do) fat old and lazy. Won’t mail threw Keller anymore. TRUMP should have did away with the postal service
