The post office workers are friendly, attentive, and they take their time as they help customers at the counter. Plus, the post office is small and has a definite local feel. Refreshing, especially in contrast to much larger post offices in larger cities.
I was supposed to get my package today according to tracking. It didn't come! WHAT IS GOING ON!? Poor service. I would give them negative stars if I could.
The carrier won't deliver to my house because I have a sand driveway .. and I live half a mile from my mailbox . I see Amazon an DHL delivery trucks use the sand driveway ? Was supposed to have a package delivered today .then got notification from Amazon that there was a delivery attempt today at 2:30 pm today and I was sitting outside at that time .. they never attempted delivery period!!!!
The worst ever, I’ve had multiple items stolen by these carriers. They are lazy, pathetic, and completely incompetent of delivering items to the correct destination.
The Postmaster of this location should be fired along with all the current supervisors. This location is completely unreliable. They hide service failures by falsely claiming the residence (including mailbox) is “unaccessible”. Yet they managed to deliver letters to that inaccessible mailbox that very same day. If you are an Amazon User, call the customer service number and ask for them to be removed from your “carrier used” option. If you are a Logistics Provider, do NOT accept any loads to that location to avoid any “service failure “ liability. Several shipments late due to that location.
