This local post office refuses to deliver to apts for any items that don’t fit into the mailbox. The are deceptive and claim to Amazon an attempt was made but none was. I’ve caught them claiming my pkg was delivered and had the local postmaster find it still on board the truck the next day. He then told me that they do not deliver packages to any doors that don’t fit in mailboxes. Yes, the office is closed in my complex and now can’t leave packages there so they don’t attempt apt deliveries.
Delivery service is LESS than sub par, multiple times have I had a package not delivered and held. To include certified letters from work only to be told it was per customer request. Which it most certainly WAS NOT.
I bought a house 1 year ago. After notifying the post office 4 different times I am still receiving mail from the past 5 owners of my residence. Every time I let them know, they seem to hold the mail for just a day or two and then I start getting mountains of mail again that I have to keep taking back to the post office.
Just drove up to this location to receive keys for my new homes mailbox and I’m getting two sides to the story. One person said they have the keys and have already come out to install locks and one person said they don’t have keys yet and my street doesn’t exist. We just moved in and would like to switch our address and can’t because they don’t have our information. I’m tired of dealing with this post office.
Very clean facility. And post office workers are very friendly, efficient and fast, always greeting you with a smile which is very rare for post offices employees.
