My favorite USPS location in Waco. Always have friendly, helpful customer service and the wait in line is usually short.
I called this morning and spoke to John at the Clay ave downtown location inquiring about special stamps outside the holiday collection. He took the extra few minutes to look up what they had available.nnWhen I arrived at the location to pick them up I found the stamps were in a vault. The manager (sorry did not catch his name), a nice lady near the front and the lady who rang up the sale were beyond helpful.nnThey offered to hand deliver my stamps to me at my job location...now that is an amazing customer service!nnThank you John and your wonderful team!nnMerry Christmas!

Nicest employees ever!! I didn’t realize the letter I was dropping off needed more than one stamp, the teller offered to pay the extra 20 cents so I wouldn’t have to go back to my car. So very thoughtful, I really appreciate that! ud83dude01
