Had a quick and happy visit. A pretty new and nice post office.
I’m fairly certain the people that work here are either illiterate or play the game “how bad can mess up the mail today”. Constantly getting other people’s mail, packages being “lost” or “destroyed” but the entire packaging of the product I ordered is there just not the product. Constantly have to send in late bills because I never get them on time because they either go to other people and they throw it away or takes forever to get back to me. This post office has cost me hundreds of dollars in having to reorder products or pay late fees. Almost makes me want to leave Lorena!
I have tried not to complain about my local post office but something needs to change the hours of business here are not convenient at all! I live on Thompson circle and my mail is always missing thankfully we have great neighbors who return our mail to us whenever its misplaced in our mailbox which is about 2 times a month we also get our neighbors random mail and we have to go out of our way to return it as well. Again somethinh here has to change I just wanna be able to receive my mail when its suppose to with no issues
Poor customer service inside the building and out. Packages always go missing and don’t get delivered. Tellers inside are very rude and have so customer service skills. I hate going there.
That gentleman who delivers our mail was always very friendly till the day my daughter told him not to honk the horn anymore. My husband works 12 hours nightshift and he woke up a couple of time when the mailman arrived and honk the horn to drop off a package. Now, I find little packages in front of the gate, everyone could stop and grab it! One package is missing, I'm waiting for a package for more than three weeks now.... All we asked for was not to honk the horn but this gentleman took it a little to personal.
