Paid fee for fast delivery. Placed on order from Amazon on 21st and was supposed to get it by 22nd. It didn't happen. 23rd guess what, it didn't happen again.nNow they're made those comments:nDelivery attempted - Front door / Driveway was not accessiblenReally? I am in a Hotel locked down for 2 days sitting in my room 24/7, and the front desk is well aware I should receive a package.nThere is no front door closed in a hotel, is open 24/7. Shameless excuse, now I have to ask for a refund because tomorrow I am leaving.
If I could leave 0 stars I would definitely left 0! Do not use them for your passport needs. They only have two people that know how to do them. Went in there Friday, those people were not there. They didn't even bother to send a notice of cancellation. I scheduled for today and there was only one person doing them but he was taking his lunch break. Why do they schedule people during their lunch break?! They are so unprofessional. Do NOT waste your time and money at this place.
Never in my life have I dealt with such rude, unprofessional people. Unhelpful, attitude for days. Really wish I had a better post office delivering my mail. Very concerned about my mail now.
The largest Post Office in Central Texas and best customer service in general.
This 5 star review is not for the post office but to the person who I don't know their name delivered my grandsons package for his bday. Thank you for going out of your way on your own time to bring the package to me. I just cant thank you enough. There really are people with good hearts left in this world still.
