3/10 at 4:40pm. Said I couldn't ship 6 packages. Their limit is 3. I had 6 prepaid labels on 6 record packages going to different addresses. All they had to do was scan the labels in the amount of time it took for the lady there to argue at me. I ship stuff all the time and have never had this problem at any other location. When I asked a question about the self checkout she got after me again about not taking my packages. Never going here again. The other guy there is cool. They lady is awful to work with. Would recomend any other location!
The machine to print labels doesn’t work. They opened the gate. Then told a huge group of us that we had to wait together outside the lobby so they don’t have to worry about catching COVID. but everyone standing together away from them is fine. AS LONG AS THEY OKAY. After waiting in the line the two completely incompetent women forced to be made cause they didn’t open on time or get the cash register setup before opening. Seems like anyone can work here. Once I get up to the counter they tell me that they don’t PRINT SHIPPING LABELS??? That I need to go fill it out myself and wait in line?? What is the point of you even being there if you can’t help whatsoever? The people here SUCK. AVOUD AT ALL COST.
Vita the supervisor at this location is FABULOUS. As for my few other transactions here with a few of the other workers... not so much. Have a great day!
Older lady working behind the site h door, letty or something like that is extremely rude. She has a religious mask on but is honestly not practicing what's on it. Sad, makes us Christians look bad. She has no patience mind you I said thank you twice, picked up the paper for her, no thank you back, she's just angry at the world for some reason. There is enough going on in the world where kindness goes a VERY long way. I hope she realizes she has an effect on people and it being 9am, ya be nice. Its sad the the younger ladies have more manners and respect than she does. As an employer myself I would never want someone with such negative and abrasive attitude work with people.
They could probably be the worst USPS in the US! No joke, none of the them know what they are doing there, none.. Like seriously, I know majority of USPS services are extremely hard to deal but this one, MAAAAAN! I've talked three different managers in the last month but no one did anything! None...nnFirst of all, do not call them cause I dont think they have a phone line or business hours.. Dont try to get a key for your mailbox, cause no one is assigned there to do so! Dont try to go there to pick up your mails cause they are not there, even though you do not have a key to your mailbox, they put them there for some reason! Dont try to ask for the manager or supervisor cause no one has the decency to deal with your concerns or problems..nnSo, if you have to deal with them I wish you a goooooood luck! Cause you will need it badly...
