Lazy mail carrier refuses to take a single step outside of her little box to deliver the mail. It's a beautiful day that's bright and warm and there's not a single distraction or hazard within sight. Horrible work ethic. Just like a government worker..
Terrible customer service. Turned my paperwork in to have my mail box rekeyed on Monday. Told us someone would swing by with the key after they were done. I have been waiting at home all week for this to be done and no one came by. Called today to see if it was complete and the lady that answered had the worst attitude. Told me they were done an no one could deliver the key like they said, okay no big deal. It was completed on Tuesday and NO ONE thought hey lets call the home owners to let them know that the key is ready, not okay.

I send a piece of mail through my mail box every 2 weeks to the state. 3 out of 4 have lately have not made it to the state. It's been 2 weeks since the last one was sent and still nothing.
