This is the post office for you if you like condescending employees talking down to you. In fairness, one employee is consistently nice, but the other enjoys making snide remarks to customers. I will gladly pay more to be treated better elsewhere.
I just would like to leave a good review for the amazing worker named Caron (Asian Lady). She is fantastic. I intercepted a package to USPS at Teel. I came to that facility two times staying in huge lines with my toddler. Ladies on front desk were too lazy to check the package for me and sent me to another USPS facility on Stonebrook (Do I need to mention that Stonebrook didn’t have my package. Oh yes, I stayed huge line too!) When I came to this office a third time, Caron helped me! She found out my package for me! Please hire more people like her. I’m so frustrated that I wasted so much time due to laziness of the previous workers.
Great experience today especially with a very long line of customers prior to them even opening. The girls up front were super helpful, nice, and made the experience much better than most post offices. They deserve praise ! Happy Holidays and Stay Safe
It can get crowded in a hurry but the staff does their very best and are always courteous and willing to help.
