I sent a package the other day and since I was super busy I made the terrible mistake of switching the sender's and the recipient's addresses. I received the package I had sent the very next day (duh! it was the same area why shouldn't I!?). What bothers me though is: 1) the employee receiving my package was just as careless as I was, which I doubt it since he is a young guy, probably in his 30s, or he realized about the mistake but did not say anything. 2) I specifically told the guy, I want to send this package as regular mail. He understood but instead he charged me almost 13 dollars and it was Priority. I don't understand why he would not say anything about any of those two issues. I feel USPS is all about money these days.
Employee named Louisa has horrible customer service. I understand that there are rules and that she is doing her job, but she kept questioning us and speaking to us horribly. Kept speaking over me. Raising her voice at me as if I was a child. Did not want to help me resolve my issue whatsoever. There was another employee who came to try to help us because even she saw how she was talking to us. I finally got my issue resolved but only when another employee there decided to help us.
I love this post office. It's very close to me and convenient.nThe people are nice friendly and helpful.
They put the customer service phone number because they're not courteous with customers over the phone or in person and never answer the phone, if you ask them for shipping Supply their answers is that's all we have, seriously? They doesn't care because all they want it their checks and right there is secure nobody take care of the Reviews people are writing, Hello someone do something, supervisors please work on this Branch...
I live in a MHP and our mailboxes are just abput the size of shoe boxes so generally if a package is coming that's too big, they bring it right to the trailer or they have boxes with keys they use. I have issues with the carrier putting packages in that go in great on the carrier's side but because they don't remember the lip on the customer's side can't be taken out. LITERALLY, I had shoes delivered today TO MY MAILBOX that I can't get out. Apparently theybare NOT issued COMM9N SENSE when they get their uniforms.
