I have been to this location 3 times & each time I have been ignored or put in 2nd place behind a Indian.. This facility prioritizes its people from his Country despite others having been waiting in line for their turn... Somebody had to call out this OBVIOUS behavior...nnNiceness does not take precedence over being IGNORED.nYes, they are kind when they finally get to you, but STOP showing favoritism & treat all your customers with the same level of urgency & priority..

I have been coming here for months, everyone here is so helpful, friendly staff, and no long line waiting, alway pleasant to coming here.
Please update your hours. I drove all the way to Allen to get to the post office by 3pm on Saturday. Only to see that this post office is closed at 12 pm on Saturday not 3. What a waste of time, effort and gas. In times like these, those things are precious. Please update your hours online ASAP!
Despite a federal mask mandate and signs saying so, employee was not wearing a mask over his nose. Person walked in with no mask. I left.
