This post office is terrible. They consistently have problems with getting my mail into my PO Box. Today I went in to pick up a package and it wasn't there. After showing them the tracking number they confirmed it had been received by them, their response was just to contact the sender and have them send me another item. ??? Seriously ??? I understand stuff happens but their lack of effort is just ridiculous.
This is not the first time this has happened.
Package delivery is always an issue. I get email notifications about a missed delivery attempt - please see notification left in mailbox. Check the mailbox...no notification. This issue has happened multiple times. I've went to the Post Office and was told to go to the other office - the carriers' annex. I drive across town and that office has doors locked, nobody home. How hard can this be to get right? An extra star because the lady at the counter was friendly.
