The lady at the office does a good job, as does the one who delivers our mail, the subs for the one who delivers tries to fold the cartons of mail thus damaging the product. They need to educate the delivery persons to not damage the product or fold it to fit in the small mail box. This message is from the Skyview subdivision . Can we take up a collection for kindness to give the new post office worker? I mailed a package. I had a letter stamped but she said I had to put it in the box outside. I was really confused by this as the postal workers have always taken my letters.nThis is s service oriented job. You are hired to work with people in the community. Therefore, you are a public servant who happens to get paid.nFor the most part, I avoid this post office as much as possible. I find UPS and FedEx have a corner on customer service.
While I understand this is a stressful time of year and you are probably understaffed and overworked, no one likes to be huffed at because they choose to use your service. My packages were all ready to ship - packed and labeled. Today was my first visit to this post office, and I ship often. I will attempt this location after the holidays are over in hopes everyone is on a brighter note.
The new lady worker is so rude!!!
