Ordered several packages on Amazon. UPS, Fedex etc had no problem delivering. This place apparently didn’t have the unit number even though it’s on the delivery information. They could have delivered to the leasing office but gave me the run around saying it needed a unit number even though the leasing office was expecting my packages and asked me to have them delivered to the office. On top of that I called yesterday via customer service and they input a service ticket, no one from this branch responded to that and my packages were sent back to the seller with out anyone reaching out to me or notifying me. I always had the best customer experience. I been to this one several times.
The woman upfront snatched my mail out of my hand and said she would take care of the mailing address because she was trying to kill the line after telling her manager she did not need help from another employer, when clearly she did. I paid to have my mail overnighted for the 2nd time, 6days later, and my mail has not arrived at its location.
I don’t know if it’s just my mailman that does this but everytime, whether it be bills or a package, they always leave our mailbox open. it’s not at all safe and it’s EVERYTIME. they leave it wide open I don’t understand if this something they teach them to do or it’s just specifically our mail carriers but it’s just inconvenient & it’s the same reason why I’ve gotten like 6 packages stolen so far.
Like using their drive-thru mailboxes
