Mail service is terrible lately. On several occasions, i repeatedly receive others mail (not same street/location). Also, UPS tendered packages seem to be lost in USPS system for weeks before delivery. Currently, waiting on one from 3/6. No delivery date given. Just delayed (in Collierville).nVery frustrated!

I had a great experience!!! Pam was the clerk that helped me and she was awesome. I read all of the reviews that have been posted and I was very hesitant to use this branch because of what I had read. I am a living witness that all the workers that were there were extremely pleasant and I was paying close attention to them. I was a there to get my passport, Pam was very helpful and patient with me, as I was a little unsure of some of the procedures. The clerk next to us handled several customers as I was being serviced and he was engaging and nice to all he served. It was an awesome experience and I want to recommend to all reading this post, don't fall victim to the reviews that you see, use your own judgement and go see for yourself.

Worst Post Office EVER. Called for 5 days, 2 hours each and always a busy signal. Have seen them ignore and silence phone. Manager shuts down at 4:30 even tho hours are until 5:00. Eads and Arlington PO open a couple of days after snow. Collierville closed ALL week and no delivery. Although we managed to get there EVERY DAY to mail packages, Worst service, bad attitudes, and least helpful PO I have ever seen and I do a lot of business at the PO. Manager needs to be removed. If you could have negative stars for performance, this PO would get it! WOrST, SERVICE. EVER!!!

If I could give it a negative rating I would. I mail packages from there and they sit in Memphis for 7-10 days before they move. The management in the Collierville post office is dishonest. The employees there said they are instructed not to let customers know that there is no way their packages will make it in 2-3 days - even as they upset you on the rate. They have made a UPS/FedEx fan out of me.

These folks are helping me with my postal needs for a few years now. Mostly positive experience.
