I have an awesome delivery lady in the Colonial Acres area!!

We had a great passport experience here. The woman assigned to assist us was very helpful getting everything taken care of for 2 adults and 2 kids. Even the passport photos looked great! All of the employees were familiar with the regular customers and had friendly conversations. It felt very welcoming, like a small town post office.

I had a great experience applying for a passport. The woman who assisted me knew exactly what she was doing and guided me through the process. She also asked me to let her know how long it took to get the passport. We submitted the application Oct. 29 and I received my passport today, 12/12/2019, so it took 6 weeks and 2 days. I'm sure the Thanksgiving holidays delayed the process a bit, but the passport photo looks great! Thanks so much for your help!

We needed a last minute passport application for our 1yr old. After looking online about the process I was more confused than when I started. I saw that you could book a passport appointment at a USPS office and so decided to take that option. They lady we had help us was fantastic! She took all our documents and copied the ones we needed, helped us fill out our form and dealt with taking our baby’s photo. I have never had such a great experience at the Post Office. If you’re in Memphis and need any help with your passport application this is the place to go.nnThe Lady’s name was Timblay I think, I’m so sorry I can’t fully remember.

Very nice courteous staff. I applied for a passport and Ms. Timbley was extremely helpful. The location is nice as well. Great place to go for your USPS needs.
