OMG very poor customer service SMH. I was told by Connie that my package was not in the building. I called and what do you know my package was in the building and brought to the front for this visually impaired unstable creature... Thanks Ms. Connie for a horrible experience and service

I called this USPS recently because I wanted to know where package was at if it’s been in transit for almost two weeks. This stupid female answered the phone with every bit of attitude in her voice and was cackling. It’s a lot of people in the USPS Memphis area that need to be locked up and fired.

Everything that’s been said is true. They definitely have some sort of theft ring going. I called about my package and this guy just talks over me not trying to hear my questions or issues. As if they know that any calls about packages are a result of their doing. My tracking says it’s there. He’s telling me it’s not without asking my name or info.

My parents rent money order has been stolen by a mailman at this location named Harry last summer every single then we don’t mail our rent in anymore they are thieves

Lazy... I live in an apartment complex where the mailbox is in the front outside I live in the back I had a package that was delivered and sat on top of the mailboxes instead of being brought to my door,what if it didn't have a track on it for me to know it was delivered and some one stole it cause they lazy and didn't want to walk... you don't know what is in the boxes..y'all need to do better all the theives that wait on package since everything is closed
